I have to say, I was not expecting what I found on arriving at the Grand Hyatt, Kuala Lumpur. When they say grand, they really mean grand, in both size and attitude. With the personalised, “Good evening, Ms. Tomelty” from none other than the valet as we peel ourselves off the car’s leather seats after an arduous day of travel, the attention to detail is already above average before we even make it to check-in.
